THE CHALLENGE
A major venue made understandable before the site visit.
More than 33,000 square metres of halls, meeting rooms, concourses and supporting facilities had to be captured with room to room continuity while the venue continued operating. Event planners also needed an easier way to understand scale, circulation and surrounding city context remotely.
Novo carried out an intensive two week capture programme using Matterport cameras and Leica BLK360 LiDAR. The completed experience connects the venue interior, spatial views, embedded information and aerial context in a single digital reference.
